what's up

Is it spring yet? Justin and I have both battled the cold/fever/congestion that seems to be going around up here. We have had nothing but clouds and rain for the past week which has been good for one thing, melting the mounds of snow to reveal mounds of Brecky presents. I vote Justin should have to clean those up, by himself... I haven't had much to blog about but I managed to gather a few pictures from the last few weeks.

I have been in a wedding planning frenzy lately so we headed back to Iowa to finalize a couple wedding related things. The trip home proved quite successful- we picked out the bridesmaid dresses, toured the winery and picked out tablecloths and centerpieces! I had not been home since Christmas so it was amazing to see our family and friends.

We stopped by Shelley's birthday bar crawl to say hi- happy birthday, Shelley! Next year we are going to celebrate the big birthday with a trip somewhere :)

A couple weeks earlier...

Its hard to believe I have lived here for almost a year and this was my first trip to Chino Latino! The restaurant was crazy busy and crazy GOOD! Justin and I will be going back very very soon so he can experience the "food from the hot zones".
